Baviaanskloof and Back.
An unexpected change of plans, my altered work schedule led me back to South Africa just in time for the festive season. A welcomed twist of events, for it gave me the opportunity to set off on an epic (but brief) journey astride my newly acquired '97 Honda XR400.
Armed with my vintage Nikon FE and a roll of 35mm B&W film, I hit the road for what I hoped would be a grand adventure.
The road beckoned, weaving a path from Cape Town to St. Francis Bay, the goal being to experience the untamed beauty of Baviaanskloof Nature Reserve and a few other hidden gems along the way.
